The staff members were incredibly friendly and hospitable, especially Babulya who made my stay memorable with her warm conversations over tea in the mornings. the location is superb, situated in a prestigious area close to the metro station "Oybek/Ming O’rik. " the hotel offers a cozy and clean environment, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.

The bathrooms, though functional, could use better maintenance to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. it would be great if the staff could be more attentive to guests' needs and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire stay.

Beds were comfy, A/C was a plus, and the Wi-Fi worked like a charm. the garden area was ideal for chilling out, and the TV room was a nice spot for some downtime. a solid spot for a short stay 🌞.
